If they don't comply, the entire thing is just a waste of time that will accomplish nothing but them receiving even more funding from the "richer" nations while they continue to pollute merrily away, and that's complete and utter *****.They already have our jobs and money. They'll effectively own the US if they ever call in their markers. Enough is enough. Stop the outsourcing of jobs and impose stiff penalties on those that practice it, while giving tax breaks to those that don't. The jobs need to be brought back here. Period. The line has to be drawn somewhere, and this is as good a place as any to start.

Oy, 'tis unlikely to be a photoshop 'cause many of these types of pictures exist. I used to live in Pamplona and I've been to the encierro a number of times. In regards to pictures like this, what happens is that there is one turn in the course that is at a 90 degree-ish angle (and one or two others that are close), so as the bulls are running they end up sliding and falling down into the corner because they can't turn fast enough. The corner of the street is reinforced with a bunch of wood and stuff and that's where a lot of the press get spots to take pictures. There's a few inch gap between the cobblestone street and the bottom of the barrier, so you can see all the photojournalists lining up their cameras to take pictures like this from street level. The point is, even if this specific photo is a 'shop, which I doubt, there are countless others just like it that are real. I think they keep an archive on www.diariodenavarra.es but I'm not positive if it's up all year round or if it's just during that time in the summer.
