That's it, I'm not planning on buying this ***** game anymore..
I thought my hard drive crashed last night and while i was trouble-shooting i went into the other room and logged into all of my accounts on everything on another computer, which was painful because it is a 5 year old E-machines.Total time my rig was down, 25 minutes.!

>> This assertion flies against the whole concept of usability comprehension.not in the digital age. sure, when designing something like a meat grinder, the handle needed to be a certain length, the mount in a certain position, the inlet a particular shape, etc., for it to work well.but what about a hard drive? an iphone? a video game console? they could look like anything. yes, there are basic requirements, such as that they hold a hard disk or fit comfortably in the hand, etc., but once those are met, the rest comes down to aesthetics.>> So, these Apple designs are obvious -- basically, they're just simplistic rectangles and circles, like about a zillion other prior designs.if good design was obvious, then we wouldn't have so many ugly gadgets clotting up store shelves. good design is simple and elegant, and usually becomes apparently only after much thought and testing. good design solves problems. it's not supposed to just add curlicues and doodads to things.

Mother 3. It wasn't translated (formally) into English, but it was the sequel to Earthbound (Mother 2 in Japan). The most depressing game I have ever played to say the least, and I couldn't believe a GBA title could make me tear up. **Spoilers**The first chapter of the game you play your father who is searching for his missing wife (Lucas' mother) who wound up getting shredded by a dinosaur the village had befriended. After the father finds out you watch him go through a complete breakdown over pain from his loss. **Very Big Spoiler**At the near end of the game Lucas has to fight his twin brother which aside from his father is the only family he has left. After you defeat him the game flashes back to the past when you the two were very close.Depressing as hell.
