Europe's fate has been decided on years ago. in 1958 to be exactly. That day was already decided who will be part of it, and who won't. Turkey and Russia and everything between them, and the current union WILL be one day part of that EU, maybe not in 2020, or 2040, but it will one day. Want it or not.

“for the first 15 years, most of the mortgage payment is interest, I'm sure they can fiddle the numbers around w/o any interest or low interest (I'm sure FM isn't going to have high interest loans for themselves) to get it MUCH lower than the original mortgage payment, plus no insurance payment, or PMI, nor any property taxes.

I do not believe these prosecutors should have immunity, but there is no way I am holding up Sharia and Old Testament legal codes as examples of how things should be done. You can have rational, contemporary discussions about modifying the judicial system and legal codes without resorting to books that can be twisted to say just about anything anyone wants them to say. I'm not saying there is no value in history, just that when you start talking about religious law it tends to bring out the crazies and the craziness in people. |

Define "broke" in terms of the a federal government program.People talk about it a lot, but last I checked we've never had a government service actually cease being able to provide services due to lack of funds and running massive deficits is essentially standard operating procedure in Washington.When is it, exactly, that a program like Social Security or Medicare is officially considered "broke" and ceases to function?

Pretty much all retail environments are like that because.1. You're replaceable.2. If sick time can be abused, it will be.I'm all too familiar with the temptation to "call in sick" just to take a day off at a moment's notice. To be blunt, that's a privilege that's earned as you get into a "real" job. In fact, the last several places I've worked don't call it sick time, they call it PTO - "Personal Time Off", to be taken for whatever reason you deem fit, including mental health.Most places will start you with 2 weeks vacation and 5 days PTO. The place I'm at now is sadly WAAAY behind the times and gives you only 10 days off, no PTO. You can use your 10 days as PTO, but that means no vacation for you. :P |
