If networks start charging for content then what about commercials?I doubt corporations would allow TV networks to get rid of commercials, but when paying for content and having to sit through commercials is tantamount to double-charging customers. First you impose a monetary fee to access the content then you make viewers watch commercials. To me that feels like I'm being charged twice, or it would feel that way if this happened.However, I can't see it ever happening because corporations depend too much on commercials. They'd never allow it and the consumer backlash from skyrocketing cable TV fees would be huge. It would be a disaster. The idea of the TV networks charging for their content isn't feasible in this current market. Not with the cable companies charging over $100 for service. The only way it can happen is if the content providers subsidized cable TV so having it your home doesn't cost you anything and you only pay for the channels you subscribe to. Basically, the networks would pay Comcrap, Verizon, TimeWarner, Cox, etc. who would then provide the pipeline to people's homes for free and you just pay for the channels you want. The networks would pay the cable companies for access to their content delivery pipelines. This is the ONLY way it could be made to work, any other way would drive the cost of cable TV so prohibitive high the TV networks would be forced to go back to free content with commercials to stay alive. Reality is a bitch isn't it?.

Any "Best fighter" or "Best pound for pound" always has an * by it because it a total opinion. I think most of the best* fighters are in the WEC and the lighter weight classes but none of those are ever in the best fighter category. So the whole "Best" fighter is always BS an opinion so although you can disagree , you cannot say its BS because any "Best fighter" declaration is BS. Even yours!

You can vote to change those taxes, you can elect representative to fight for you, and then, even if none of that comes about, you only end up with less money than you started. You can say what you want, you can do what you want, wake up when you want, do what you want for a living, go to sleep when you want, eat what you want, and do whatever you want with the rest of your money for the rest of your life. There were two million people in the South that were born slaves and who knew they would would die slaves. They knew their children and grandchildren would die slaves, and what's worse, they were right. It was standard procedure to take babies away from their mothers shortly after childhood so that they would not form a bond. They would sleep on dirt floors with no blankets, and receive one set of clothes a year. And that was for their *entire life,* and they knew that their children would have the same life after them.There is *no* comparison, in principal or otherwise.Please, just read, for example, the autobiography of Fredrick Douglass and you'll see that the every day reality of slavery has no comparison to anything we face now as Americans, and especially not your resentment over your tax bill.
